Samsung’s Project J Active or Fortius as its codenamed is one of three devices SamMobile uncovered under Samsung’s Project J. Two of the devices have been confirmed to an extent, but the third known as Fortius or Project J Active is shaping up to be Samsung’s version of an Android Smart Watch. Initially the whole Project J thing covered the Altius, Serrano, and Fortius. The Altius looks to be the GT-I9500 or Galaxy S IV while the Serrano appears to be Project J mini, basically an S IV without wireless charging ability. These rumors gained ground due to the accessories listed for the devices, and some of the accessories for Project J Active aka Fortius are intriguing to say the least. Project J Active Fortius’s accessories include an Arm Band, Bike Mount, and a Pouch. Very interesting…
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… I’m a Samsung guy. Every phone I’ve purchased has been a part of the Samsung Galaxy series so I’m always pumped to see what they come up with next. While I do think they’re over-saturating the market with a few too many phones, a Samsung Smart Watch is a no brainer considering rumors are popping up about Apple bringing their own Smart Watch into the market. Either way, rumors regarding the J Active Fortius have certainly caught our attention and we’ll keep you updated as we learn more.
